Cartagena is the capital of Bolivar the department. Cartagena is a big a beautiful city. It is a very interesting city because the city is dividend in two parts: The modern city and the old city. There people speak Spanish and Palenque. Cartagena is a very touristic city and is a very hot city. There is so much gastronomy and history places.
